Within the scope of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process; I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data, including but not limited to my name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, contact information, identity document images, facial image (biometric data classified as special category personal data), transaction data, as well as technical data such as IP address, device and connection information; by Hyper Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, based on my explicit consent as well as legal obligations arising from applicable legislation and for the purposes of the establishment and performance of a contract, for verification, analysis, and recording by associating such data with my user account and transactions.
I acknowledge and agree that such data may be processed in a limited and proportionate manner for the purposes of identity verification, ensuring transaction security, preventing fraud and unauthorized use, enabling the secure execution of financial transactions, detecting suspicious activities, managing disputes and objections, and fulfilling legal obligations under applicable laws.
I further agree that my personal data may be shared, in compliance with applicable legislation, with payment institutions, financial service providers, business partners, auditing bodies, and, where necessary and with appropriate safeguards in place, with domestic and international service providers as well as authorized public authorities.
I acknowledge and agree that the data collected within the scope of the KYC verification process and related financial transactions may be recorded and, where necessary, used as evidence for transaction verification, auditing, review, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings.
I accept that identity verification processes may be carried out fully or partially through automated systems and that such systems may evaluate my data and produce results accordingly.
I acknowledge that my personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation, securely stored, and retained for the duration required by the purpose of processing and as stipulated by relevant laws, and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the purpose ceases to exist.
I understand that I may access detailed information regarding my rights related to personal data through the KYC Disclosure Text and that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time.
I also acknowledge that I can obtain detailed information regarding the data controller through the KYC Disclosure Text.
